Dr. Nate Salah is an award-winning educator and life-long entrepreneur.

His 30-year experience as a business leader, coupled with decades of academia has integrated a unique perspective and approach to developing personal and professional excellence.

Founding his first business in retail sales at 17 and first corporation in tax accounting at 22, Nate later founded wholly-owned and ownership interests in a conglomerate of industries including business accounting, commercial and residential real estate, construction, wholesale distribution, multi-state retail sales, mortgage lending, concept food services, and digital marketing. Several of these enterprises recognized for exemplary performance.

Academically, Nate followed the path of other entrepreneurs and dropped out of college at age 21, resuming several years later, earning a Bachelor, MBA, and PhD, writing his dissertation on the Visionary Leadership of Iconic American Entrepreneurs.

Nate is a faculty member at Missouri Baptist University where he teaches undergraduate and graduate students a variety of business courses in the subjects of Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, and Leadership.

Nate is honored to be the recipient of Concordia University’s St. Louis Center Master Teacher of the Year Award, the Batterman School of Business Master of Science Organizational Leadership & Administration Faculty of the Year Award, and Dallas Baptist University's Outstanding Dissertation Award.

Today, Nate is active with leading his accounting and advisory team, public speaking, teaching, and serving stakeholders. He is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and professionals progress with profitability, reframe thinking, and solve leadership problems.

Personally, Nate is driven to end each day having helped others. His vision of a life well lived is embodied in the goal to spiritedly serve through promoting shared values. Nate has competed in marathons & triathlons, is proud father of Abram, devoted husband to Tara, and committed follower of Christ.
